Dr. Cooney and his staff have treated our dog like she is one of their own. We really couldn't ask for a better experience than what we have received here. I would recommend the Animal Hospital of Statesville to anyone, anytime, anywhere. They really are second to none!!
The techs and the veterinarians at this place are so friendly and deliver top notch care! I highly recommend them to help you care for your furry kids!
I love the people here and how they take care of my babies. We have a Lab, a Belgian Shepherd and a Blue Heeler. All of them get well cared for when they go to see the vet and when they get baths. They take care of them very well when we have gone out of town. And most of all, they do a very good job when my Oscar crossed the rainbow bridge. I love Animal Hospital of Statesville. They are the best in town.
You simply will not find better! The customer service, medical care...everything is top notch! AHS can and will handle all your veterinary need.
This practice is far superior to what I have been to in this area over the last three years, which I was very disappointed in on many levels, which do not apply to this vet. They are exceptional in ALL areas and have passed my expectation by 100%. Thank you for an efficiently ran operation. I will continue to be a client forever!
My Husband and I have been bringing our Collie, Jake, here his whole life which he is now 6 years old. We brought our other dog here prior to him for many years as well. We have had nothing but Wonderful experiences and they care a lot about their animals. We have since then moved to Southport, NC and we drive all the way to Statesville to take Our Collie there, whenever he has to go and we will continue to take him there. Animal Hospital of Statesville ( The Staff ) is well worth our drive for the love and care they give our Collie. They are Great and I only have kind words for the whole entire staff!!

My sweet puppies are cared for and loved on during their stay. It is peace of mind for us to know they are safe and cared for when we are away. She never swallowed anything, never destroyed anything, was so laid-back and never really required a lot of attention. Welcoming from the first call, through the entire appointment, and even when I just popped in to pick up some treats, EVERY person on staff was unbelievably welcoming and personable. I felt like they heard my questions and concerns, addressed them competently, and more importantly, like we were welcomed in to a family. I love bringing Lucy here! The staff are phenomenal and she always has a great time pulling me to the door with excitement! Between care and boarding, this is the best experience we have had. It's a hard questions to be asked, but to know that if there is an emergency and they can treat Lucy first with my approval and then call me takes a weight of stress off, knowing that she will receive the best care! Playtimes, lots of lovin' and an opportunity to play with new friends makes me feel like we are pampering her and taking her on a vacation when we go on vacation. We love AHS pet spa and resort!
The veterinarians and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The facility is lovely and tranquil. What I like most, is that once you enter the exam room, everything including paying for the service rendered is done in the exam room. no more waiting in the lobby with other anxious pets to check out.
